Case File Support
Liberty Support Solutions offers services to attorneys throughout the United States. We also have the capability to handle your assignments quickly no matter where you need a service. Our staff includes expertly-trained employees and contractors, allowing us to offer a wide range of coverage to our clients. Service of Process
Service of process is handled by our experienced and registered contract process servers. Servers are area specific, so they know how to get the job done as quickly as possible, and in compliance with the code of civil procedure of each area.
Rush services are attempted within 24 hours of being received, and everyday consecutively until completed or cancelled by your office (excluding remote areas). Routine services are attempted within 72 hours of being received, and every 48 hours thereafter until completed or cancelled. Papers outside of Florida and Georgia are placed in the field within 3-5 business days.
***Services received after 2:00 pm CST, for same day service, will incur additional charges***
Liberty Support Solutions does not charge extra for repeated attempts on the service of a document. Whether it takes one or several, we will attempt service as many times necessary in order to complete the assignment.
Please call regarding any special assignments that may arise. You can also obtain a status on any of your service of process assignments by calling our office. Have your assignment’s invoice number and the name of the party being served when you call. You may also fill out this form for assistance.
Records
Liberty Support Solutions can conduct trips to county recorder offices in your region through our network of assigned agents. Instead of waiting for a recording to be mailed to you, which can take as long as 6 weeks, we can submit your assignment for completion in as little as one day. Upon completion, we will obtain a confirmation number and/or a copy of the assignment to return to you.
Research & Document Retrieval
Liberty Support Solutions can also help you with research and copy assignments. You can rely on us to find your documents, obtain copies, and return them quickly to your office. Our experienced staff can obtain registers of actions, search the records index for case filings, check case statuses, and more. With expert knowledge of the records system, and long working relationships with clerks, Liberty Support Solutions offers a quick turnaround on your assignments.
